Peter has over 35 years in hospitality consultancy and is recognised locally as one of Australia’s leading food service experts and internationally as a Global event specialist.
Peter is considered as one of very few in the world with the insights for both planning and executing of cost effective meal delivery at the scope required at an Olympic or major global event. His knowledge and experience is unsurpassed when it comes to large-scale event management, and the go-to man when a country is hosting an Olympics, Commonwealth or University games.
Peter also has extensive food service and QSR insights assisting major food companies both locally and international to achieve their goals and KPI’s through effective development measures. Nicholas Kalogeropoulos
Director
Nicholas has more than 30 years’ experience in the Hospitality, Retail and Entertainment industries. He has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and has extensive experience in owning and managing small to medium businesses.
He is a business specialist with a strong focus on overall project management, organisational and operational logistics, services and overall business management. He gives a lot of love to not only to his clients, but his team and future hospitality professionals.
He was the General Manager of Food and Beverage at Village Cinemas Australia and until recently the General Manager of The Essoign Club, a private legal club for judges and barristers of the Victorian Law Courts.
Nicholas trains all of the staff at the international events. In Tawian he was responsible for training over 300 Taiwanese interns in front of house operations and leading them to service guests during the 3 weeks the Athletes Village Dining Hall was open. A challenge made far greater as it all had to be completed via actions, interpreters and google translator!. He also mentors students at William Angliss Institute and manages GHGs Business Coaching department, helping small to medium businesses with the pragmatics of running smoothly – and successfully.
LIAM McLAUGHLIN

Liam has established his name as a recognized and reliable professional within the Australasian Foodservice Industry for over 20 years. Liam is currently based in APHG’s Malaysian office.
Throughout his career Liam has been involved in many major foodservice projects from fine dining establishments, 5-star hotel and resort operations and the unique insights into the effective planning and cost-effective meal delivery required for 2 Olympic games and multiple major events.
Liam collaborates with his clients to achieve best in market results in areas such as product efficiencies, deliverable outcomes, menu development, sales and product training to many departments and companies, market and product analysis, food imagery and styling, web design and content management, culinary literature, trade event assistance & is very comfortable presenting to audiences of all settings.
Liam regularly presents new trends, menu innovations and industry solutions to companies and events such as McDonalds, KFC, Church’s / Texas Chicken, PFD Fresh, Spotless, Fine Foods, Gulf Foods and Foodservice Australia.
Matt Maslak
Food Program Manager and Head Chef
Matt is a committed and motivated Head Chef with a solid background across large scale catering and diverse kitchen/ food & beverage environments. Further skills include culinary development, menu ideation, training and operational management to ensure delivery exceeds expectations.
Matt provides positive & effective solutions to both clients and fellow team members no matter if they are internal or external and is very understanding of diverse working environments to ensure all involved strives to achieve the best outcome no matter the size of the project or operation.
Recently Matt has diversified from stadia and restaurant catering across to Athlete Village, elite sports catering and workforce catering, quick service restaurant development and front of house operations. His ability to focus on the entire project allows greater management assistance to all departments.
Strong time-management skills with ability to plan, prioritize and problem solve in an efficient manner beneficial to those around him with an emphasis on clear communication, operational organization and planning for success.
