Nicholas plays a pivotal role in delivering large-scale operations at prestigious events such as the World Expo Japan, Universiade Games, Commonwealth Games, and Rugby World Cup. He has led major projects involving complex logistics, financial forecasting, and operational excellence, solidifying his reputation as a leader in the industry.

His role as a Business Recovery Mentor with Business Victoria enabled him to guide over 200 businesses through economic recovery and growth during the COVID-19 pandemic.
