Business Coaching
Global Hospitality Business coaching can work with you the business owner or manager on a start up, a certain project or part of your business until the goal is met. Many of our clients have an ongoing relationship where sessions can be weekly, monthly or bi monthly to ensure that goals are being met.
Most clients start with 6 coaching sessions whereby we review and assess your business and goals and then coach you to progress and take action for the remainder of the time. The time frame between sessions is set by you, as you are the one who has to complete the work to meet your goals. We will hold you accountable to the goals that you have set and more importantly, the time frame of completion that YOU have set yourself.
